Practicing yoga since the age of 3, Teacher Niddesh Dhibar brings over 12 years of teaching experience across Asia — the first 6 years in Vietnam, and since 2022, in Indonesia. With a solid foundation in yogic philosophy and certified training in Hatha and Ashtanga yoga, he offers well-structured, mindful classes that support both physical vitality and inner balance. Teacher Niddesh believes that “yoga is our life insurance” and that the practice is for everyone. Known for his calm presence and personalized guidance, his sessions are uplifting, inclusive, and deeply rooted in tradition — making them ideal for practitioners of all levels.
Teacher Sujay Basak began his yoga journey at the age of 7, cultivating a lifelong connection to the practice. He earned his Yoga Diploma from Bardhaman Yoga Center in India (2015) and later completed a 500-hour Yoga Teacher Training at Shubh Yoga Foundation in Rishikesh, India. Grounded and heart-centered, Teacher Sujay brings deep presence and compassion to every class. With years of experience across Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, and Yin & Yang styles, his teaching blends strength, stillness, and mindful flow — helping students reconnect with both body and breath.
Teacher Ranit Chowdhury began his yoga journey at just 3 years old, growing up with a deep-rooted passion for mindful movement and holistic wellness. He completed a Diploma in Yoga from Bardhaman Yoga Center in India (2018), followed by a 500-hour Yoga Teacher Training at Shubh Yoga Foundation in Rishikesh, India. With a grounded yet dynamic teaching style, Teacher Ranit blends the precision of Hatha, the flow of Vinyasa, the discipline of Ashtanga, and the support of props-based yoga. His classes focus on alignment, breath, and inner awareness — guiding students of all levels toward strength, balance, and transformation.
